2007 jeep compass - eng light on and codes are PO335, 315, 300. can it be driven 100mi?

No you should not drive this at all, you will cause more damage than what you have now. Random misfire will damage the catalytic convertor. P0315 and P0335 this more of a mechanical condition dealing with the toner sensor or the flex plate that is part of the transmission that affects the performance of the crank sensor
