started ran rough. changed plugs and fuel pump now wont start at all. wants to almost at WOT but doesnt. genysis scan tool offers TP sensor MAP SENSOR fuel tank psi sensor 5 volt reference circuit and powertrain control module as possibles

P0621 Generator lamp L control circuit malfunction

No start condition, this may not be a invalid code for your vehicle. Unless the engine is running. If the engine wants to start at wide open throttle check the fuel pressure. Inspect for proper operation of the fuel pump relay located in the engine fuse relay box. the specification is 55 psi - 62 psi key on engine not running.
