When my truck started to mess up i received this code and thanks to your website i was able to know exactly what was wrong with it, but even though I have changed the spark plug I still hear a knocking noise in my engine that wasn't htere before the spark plug messed up. Does this mean that he could have bent a rod in my engine, or what?

P0753 is related to the transmission. I would start by replacing the transmission fluid and filter.

If you are hearing engine knocking, you can check compression it will show a bent valve since it will have low compression on that cylinder

the compression check should be above 100 psi per cylinder
