P0139 Dodge - 2003 hemi - engine surges

Question

The engine surges with just a touch of the gas pedal. At times it surges surges surges and then stalls. On the tachometer I seen it go from .5 to 2.0 often on often on. Happens mostly after the truck has been run a while then parked and then started again a few minutes to maybe 5-10 minutes later and that starts the surging in stopping surging in stopping and finally shutting down.

p0139 is for oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2, it will be on the driver side after the catalytic converter

check for exhaust leak before replacing the oxygen sensor
