P0301 Volkswagen -

Question

I just bought 2002 VW Passat 6 cylinder. On way home, after about 100 miles, engine light...autozone code p0301 2002 cylinder 1 misfire. Replaced all 6 sparkplugs. But the real problem is it "bucks" after being driven a bit. It stalls as well. Same code after spark plug replaced. Coil next? Would coil cause these symptoms? Nothing else shows up wrong. a bad coil can also cause this issue, you can try to swap cyclinder 1 with another cyclinder and see if the misfire code to the other cyclinder it was swapped with
