Are electronic push button ignition system OBDII codes generic or are they manufacturer specific?

Are climate control OBDII Codes generic or are they manufacturer specific?

Are door lock and unlock OBDII codes generic or are they manufacturer specific?

Usually up until P1000 or so they tend to be very similar. They could be both, some manufacturers might decide to use that code or some other issue.
