1997 Honda CRV RD1 Code P1607

Question

Hie good morning i have been browsing via the internet my vehicle a HONDA CRV RD1 i am having a problem in the morning the car struggles to to kick off if it is cold especially.

The car has an immobiliser the green key works fine after turning on the car the green key is on for 2 seconds then disappears as normal but when i try to turn the ignition on i have to to accelarate a bit so that the car will start it is not having a 1 kick ignition code P1607 was picked tried to reverse the code by pulling out the 7.5 A fuse and return it bcz the clock blinks when turning on the iginition.

There might be internal damage inside of the ECM/PCM
