help me i need my truck

I put in a clutch in my 03 ram 3.7 5 speed now my transmission in stuck i believe it to be 1st gear the clutch seems to work fine. but even the the truck not running i still cant get it out of gear does this p0031 code have something to do with that .

P0031 is an oxygen sensor code bank 1 sensor 1 nothing related to the transmission

I would replace the transmission fluid and the filter
