Code:P0877 Chevrolet -2011 Silverado 5.3L

Question

Going from park to Drive, that's the only gear it jerk going in..and 2nd to 3rd it goes in rough like a jerk but sometimes it drives perfect and go in gear perfect!! I'm thinking it's my torque converter? Cause tranny been redone but left same torque converter.. My Check engine lights ON code PO877, plz help me. Could it be my torque converter setting off my light?

P0877 is transmission fluid pressure switch 4 circuit low voltage 

how is the transmission fluid condition and level? if you are still under warranty I would take it to the dealer 

if not, I would replace the transmission fluid and filter (if it uses a filter)
