I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus with a 2.4 liter 4 Cyl. It has two codes P0137 & P0138, what do these mean?

Vehicle: 1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4L 4 Cyl.

These codes mean there is a problem with the rear O2 sensor heater circuit. The normal issue is the heater element in the sensor burns out and the sensor needs to be replaced.
