I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT 4 Cyl 2.4L with engine code P0491 coming up. We just replaced the catalyst converter about 2 weeks ago. Any ideas on what I should check next?

P0491 Secondary air injection system

In order for the catalytic to work correctly the 02 sensor needs to properly function. Worn sparkplugs , unmetered vacuum leaks mechanical engine condition contributes to a catalytic convertor not properly working correctly.Is there any other code condition that  the vehicle has , ? those need to be check and addressed to correct the situation .
