Question

1997 Chevy Silverado 5.7 vortec KOEO pintle position is 100% turn the ke off pintle closes. Replaced computer no change. Replaced EGR no change. 12v through pink wire 5.04v through first gray wire. 4.9v through brown wire. solid ground through black wire. 2.65V through 2nd gray wire
