Is it possible to get P0106 on 2009 Sonata from a battery replacement?

I replaced dying battery on Sonata, and I noticed that the preset radio settings were knocked out. Could there have been a surge or something which caused P0106 code? Car seems to be running fine. Or is it unrelated? thank you!

Vehicle: 2009 Hyundai Sonata GLS, 4 cylinder automatic

Not very likely but you can try to reset the code and see if it comes back
