2007 Ford F150 Triton 5.4L V8 with engine codes P0011 and P0021, what do I need to do to fix the codes?

If you have not replace the oil in the last 4k miles replace the oil and filter and use the correct oil weight  5w-20

Dirty oil or the wrong oil weight will cause this issue
