P2649 Rocker air oil control solenoid circuit high voltage

This code condition is for circuit high it is part of the VTEC , when this is circuit high this mean there is a disconnection, think of this as a light bulb there is power to turn the bulb on but it does not turn on , Same with the rocker arm oil control solenoid, it is either open connection or poor connection or the solenoid has failed.Acura TL Rocker Air Oil Control Solenoid LocationThe location is at the oil filter housing.
