2006 Chevy Cobalt with error codes P0411 and P2440.

Question

Noticed that with a previous question it is the secondary air pump. Would that be the same for the Cobalt?

P0411 Secondary air injection incorrect airflow detected

P2440 Secondary air injection system switching valve A stuck open

This is for a stuck open air check valve, what happens is it corrodes from the inside,and just got stuck when it was commanded to be open.
