1999 GMC Yukon 4X4 P0740 trouble code

Question

I have replaced the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid and associated wiring harness, fluid, filter and gasket on the trans. What is left for me to fix/replace to get the light off so I can get my Yukon Inspected? This is the ONLY trouble code im getting.

For this code condition the VCM detects a open circuit or grounded circuit, or a short in the TCC, Check for power starting from the fuse to the transmission connector, what you need to look for is poor or improper connection
