I have a 2003 Saab 9-3 Turbo, how do I repair code P2228 please?

I actually brought the Saab to a GM Dealer to have the drivers' side front door lock & window operation repaired, the front passenger window put back in its' track and an oil change. After 3 days, GM called and said that they drained the battery the 1st day and was working on the 2 front windows and lock operation. On the 3rd day GM called and said they were unable to determine the cause of the two front door issues but they did do the oil change. The GM dealership recommended that I take it to another GM dealer in another state that deals with the saabs' often and have the right computer system to check my system. When I got back in the car, I noticed the service engine light on. (Note: Light was not on when I brought it in for repairs). I was so upset with this dealership, I took it to a local repair shop for foreign vehicles, they were great they fixed the 2 front door issues but was unable to reset the service engine light. A few days later I had a flat, brought the saab to another foreign car repair shop for the tire repair, the mechanic checked the code which showed P2228 Barometric. He was unfamiliar with the code. I haven't had a chance to get back to him. Is there anyway I can repair/re-set the service engine light concern on my own? Thank you.

P2228 Atmosheric pressure sensor circuit, Open circuit / short circuit to ground

Anytime the battery drain on a Saab , a trouble will set, if you clear the code with a regular scan tool it should of been rectified, If it is not then this is considered a hard code. There are soft codes and hard codes soft code you reset the CK ENG LT, the light is off as it goes through its drive cycle the trouble turns on the CK ENG LT. this can be in 1 day or 2 days. A hard code once you clear it and reappears this is a hard code. One of the jobs for the ECM is to look for open short grounds and rationality, you either have a open circuit or a shorted circuit with the atmosheric pressure sensor circuit,P2228 would put the vehicle in limp home mode. if limp home mode did not occur you have a poor connection with the atmosheric pressure sensor or what is also called a barametric pressure sensor. fix the connection this code is usually associated with poor connection.
