P1148 2012 Nissan Rogue -

Question

Hello Dears
I am facing problem with 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 L
no indicator showing like check engine but i checked withe OBD2 it given following code:
P1148
And throttle not open and the RPM not running more then 2500 RPM even if you accelerator full.
Could you please advice me on that ??

P1148 is a code for the oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1, start by replace the oxygen sensor is the car has been in a accident check/repair the harness.
