u0107 Acura TL 05

Question

1. After driving from store and dropping some things off at my place my Acura TL wouldn't start, lights came on but nothing when turning key no click or anything. My brother assumed it was the battery so he jump started the car and it started fine so he removed the battery and took it to auto zone to recharge where they told him the battery wasn't rechargeable, it was completely dead. I had bought a battery from Walmart a yr ago and didn't use it so he installed that one to the car. After installing the battery the car started but went into limp mode and the engine and vsa light came on, it gives us code u0107 lost connection with throttle actuator control module. My guess was that the battery wasn't fully charged and those modules need the 12volts to work so we used a new battery and nothing still on limp mode. I also can't use radio or navigation system, it requires a code. What could be wrong with my car? I'm I able to do something to try to fix it ?
