P0102 Ford - will this code also trigger codes P2196 and P2198?

I have an 2003 ford explorer that is popping codes P0102,P1000,P2196 and P2198> My question is this, Will code 0102 concerning the MAS cause the other codes concerning the O2 sensors. or perhaps vise versa ? are these codes common to see with each other?

Yes it will, The 02 sensor are just reporting the condition, What can also affect the MAF from properly working are vacuum leaks vacuums leaks that are unmetered that gets past the MAF can also cause P0102.
