P0017 and p0015 Toyota - rav4 v6

It is a little over due for an oil change but doesn't look all that dirty.

P0015 Camshaft psotion B over retarded Bank 1

P0017 Crankshaft position - camshaft correlation Bank 1 Sensor B

The OCV (oil control valve) on Bank 1 being sensor B is the exhaust side. Regardless if you change oil or not the OCV is faulty. No matter what vehicle manufauctuer any time it is a camshaft retard code it usually a mechanical condition. the number one cause is the cam lobes flatten out that the only way camshaft can retard. But in this case it is a faulty OCV.
