2009 Toyota Sienna with codes P0011, P0016, and P0300, what is the meaning of the codes?

P0011 Camshaft position A - timing over advance or system perfromance Bank 1

P0016 Crankshaft position  - Camshaft correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A )

P0300 Random misfire,

For these code condition when you have a OCV (oil control valve) it does cause random misfire  , The OCV will be required for a replacement, Toyota has produced a TSB about this concern , there has been several VVT related TSB for this condition where the OCV is required for a replacement, anytime the CK ENG LT does come on the VSC and ABS light also comes on, this is for safety reason only.
