I have a Honda with code P1519, where is this located, and how often does this go out?

This is mounted to the throttle body. Sometimes you can remove them and clean them up to resolve the issue. They don't fail often but do get sticky. Also, if the engine RPMs are too high, it's possible there is another cause.
