This is a complicated code. It's for the fuel tank pressure sensor. It is basically reporting the pressure sensor voltage to be to low. This can be the FTP sensor itself or a large leak in the evap system for the fuel vapors inside the fuel tank. If something is leaking, or the vent valve is stuck open then this code would appear. I suggest verifying the evap system itself is in good shape before replacing the FTP sensor, and if you have any other evap codes to troubleshoot them first as a problem in the system will cause this code.
