Code P0401 causes

Question

Keeps giving this code. throttle body, passages to EGR and EGR ok. What else could cause this?

Vacuum hose is the leak this will cause all the code condition where a lean condition is at and a EGR that can not open. properly.At the EGR solenoid valve one connection is from the intake check for any breakage there you can probable hearing a vaccum leak by its hissing noise
