P0776 - can i just replace the part

I got a code P0776 and P0700 for my chevy malibu and i am just trying to find out if i can just replace a part?

P0776 Clutch pressure control solenoid 2 - stuck off

This code condition for this transmission is risky, some of the causes for this code are fluid pump is damage producing low pressure , the regulator valve is sticking, there debris or sediment blocking. If you want to do just the solenoid, note the condition of the transmission fluid, is it deep red it a good chance you can replace the solenoid, If it is darkish brown or even burnt transmission fluid condition  this is a definate no you can not just replace the solenoid,
