2009 Chevrolet HHR 2.4L with engine code P0013 where is it at the location on the top upper right of the motor?

dirty oil or the wrong weight of oil can cause this issue, replace the oil and filter if you have not done so in the last 4k miles 

use a good oil like, pennzoil ultra or platium or mobil 1
