This code is for a lean fuel mixture. There can be several causes, all have to be eliminated. Here are some possible things that would cause this code: A bad front O2 sensor, bad mass air flow sensor, low fuel pressure, intake manifold vacuum leak and finally an exhaust leak close to the O2 sensor.
