I have a P0306 & P2A03 engine code popping up on my 2005 Range Rover. How do I fix the problem?

The vehicle shutters while idling. Check engine light flashes. Where is the O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1 located.

P2A03  - 02 sensor circuit range  /  performance Bank 2 sensor 1

The vehicle shutter at idle and the check engine light flashing is all from the misfire, the misfire are commonly  ignition related   from the ignition coil failing , The purpose of the CK ENG LT program was designed to protect the catalytic convertor , where the catalytic convertor is to protect the enviroment from harmful emission that the vehicle produces, when the CK ENG LT flashes this is a catalyst damaging , P2A03 can be a result from a misfire code, where the catalytic has once been under a recall, Where P2A03 was the result of the catalytic convertor crack at the welding.
