2003 Nissan Altima 2.5L with engine code P0011, will it cause a no start?

Question

replaced camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor and spark plugs still will not start. It tries to hit but immediately cuts off. also had codes p0300, po420.

Hi there,

It is possible the code is indicating that the ignition timing is off. This will prevent the car from starting. Also, if the converter is actually broken up and blocked on the car it will also prevent the car from starting.
