2000 Jeep Sahara 4.0 L. non-California (two only O2 sensors), with 28,000 miles, used intermittently, recently idle for months.
Check engine light on. codes p0132 and P0138. O2 sensors replaced. After 10 miles, light on again with P0138 signal. Online, indications are that there are other causes of O2 sensor faults aside from O2 sensor failure, such as fuel contamination, incorrect DRB signaling, intake air or exhaust leaks. How should I proceed?

Vehicle: Jeep TJ Sahara 4.0 L 6 cyl.

P0132 - 02 sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0138 -02  sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

When you get a circuit voltage high this represent a disconnection of that sensor One of the job of the ECM is to look for open shorts and ground and rationality, what you have is a open this can be from the harness to the connection of the 02 sensor. You should start by looking at the fuse for the 02 sensor it is in the engine fuse box listed as fuse #16 which is a 10 amp fuse. and the harness connection and along the harness.
