I have codes ddm 1255, dim1255, ipc1000, and ipm1255 showing... what is this?

I just replaced my smog pump, O2's, plugs, fuel sensor, and cleaned my mass air flow sensor... car still surges when accelerating, and rpm flutters when shifting... help plz!
