P1351 Lexus -can i drive my 2000 rx300 with code p1351 error?

engine light on 2000 rx 300 came on. a p1351 or p3151 code appeared. Can i drive it without damage?

This depends on the cause of this code condition and what is causing it. Some of the cuase for this code are 1. Stretch timing belt, 2. ECM. Something is either throwing the timing belt out of its position ,you should get this repaired very soon.
