P0442 Lean to rich sensor threshold. What to look for to fix this?

My car is showing the P0442 mil code. I have changed the gas cap but no luck.

Lean to rich sensor threshold voltage

Max: 20 Current: 44

How to fix this problem?

P0442 Evaporative emission control system malfunction

TID means " Test ID" CID means "Component ID" what you are looking at is mode 6. This is for a 02 sensor  test. If the code are recently clear this test may be invalid until the monitor runs.P0442 is a code dealing with a evap emission leak, the component that can cause this fault are the VSV which is the vapor pressure sensor and the CCV which is for the canister closed valve. The problem is usually the VSV valve due to its location and the enviroment it has work under. Another overlook are is the air duct of the throttle body any leak here can and does cause P0442
