I have had all 4 O2 sensors replaced and still this PO133 code shows up

P0133 -02 sensor circuit slow response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Is there any code that is accompanied with this, What can cause this code condition are exhaust leaks near the 02 sensor, a failed 02 sensor, or bad heater circuit, even low coolant level. If the engine is in fuel control the 02 moves at a normal hertz from ,5 to 5 hertz. What can slow the cycle are misfire on GM vehicles and coolant leakage into the combustion cylinder.and a overly rich running condition.
