check engine soon light is on. repair shop scanned obd and found code p1421. how do i fix this.

P1421 Secondary air system - Low flow limit

This is for the secondary air system , BMW has produced a TSB for this condition TSB # 120400 In which the secondary air injection pump is check for proper operation and the secondary air injection relay also, If the the secondary air injection pump is seized it will require a replacement and to inspect for moisture for the non - return valve.
