Code P0340-I have saab 2006 95, however no cam shaft position sensor available this vehicle

Have saab 2006 95 error codes of P0340- cam shaft position sensor, P1312 O2 sensor rich sensor 1, P1334 combustion detection cyl 3 & 4 open circuit/short to battery. I replaced the direct ignition already, however i used regular spark plugs, should i have used the platinum tip plugs? would this cause the P0340? I had this problem with a cobalt.
