B1359 Ignition Run /  ACC circuit failure

If you have this code condition it also affect the charging system. Where the engine starts and the charging system is not charging, The ignition switch itself can also be faulty where you remove the key and some accessories stay on which eventually drains the battery.  With the ignition switch in the ACC position turn the radio on, if it does not turn on  the problem may be due to the ignition switch. The 2 source of problem when dealing with this code are power to the central junction box and the GEM module (Generic electronic Moduel) .In the central junction box ,fuse number 8 has to have power and the fuse not open. If there is power the fault needs to be traced from the ignition  to the GEM module .
