When you get this type of code condition depending on what type of IMRC the engine has if it is vacuum controled it usually the vacuum hose or its solenoid that fails. If it is the electrical type it usually associated with its lever that tens to always fall out. The manifold runner are in a closed position and as the engine acelerrate the intake runner open this increase the engine volumetric
