How do I correct the problem p1516 and P1512

Question

I got a reduced power light and the car was driving slow. I cleaned the throttle body and put it back on. Now the power is back but it staggers at about 30 mph. I took it to the mechanic and got code p1516 and p1512. What do I do?

Was something else to be done after the cleaning. All we did was clean and set up back.

Did you disconnect the battery after you cleaned it? this will reset the ecu which may help. 

if that does not fix the issue, I think the throttle body may be bad. carbon build up on the throttle body might burn the throttle position sensor.
