On my 2003 Chevrolet Impala, I put rings rod bearings heads worked still get code P0300 to have low compression on the front bank

P0300 Random misfire

Having low compression would also give a rich  bank code condition.. After the cylinder head is replaced the lifter tends to be depleted with motor oil , it take time for it to become solid and allow the valve train to open and close porperly., give it time restest by checking the sparkplug condition .
