Car is burning oil and not responding to go up hills

Question

AWD light is on and so is anti lock brake light. Smell of oil burning and dripping oil when pulled into a stop.l 2nd gear is weak while going up hills. Ok in first gear, weak in 2nd and OK in top or fast gear at least 40 mph.

P0137 - 02 sensor circuit low Bank  1 sensor 2

P0137 may just be the result of having bad 02 sensor, Have the transmission look at it may be leaking transmission fluid , Its never okay to have a burning oil smell , Check the motor oil and the transmission fluid check.
