So on the R350, which cylinder is cylinder 3?

My 2006 R350 started running rough and the codes returned P0303 and P0353. I've got a misfire in Cylinder 3 and a primary/secondary circuit malfunction. What is Mercedes cylinder numbering convention for their V6? Any help would be appreciated.

Vehicle: 2006, Mercedes, R350, 3.5L V6
