P2195 Honda - Where is this part located?

I am trying to change "P2195" Honda - Rear A/F Sensor Sensor 1 Bank 1 Signal Stuck Lean, but i don't exactly know where it is located in my vehicle? Can you please help? Thank you!

P2195 Rear Air / fuel ratio (Bank 1 Sensor 1) signal stuck lean.

This code condition may not be with the A/F sensor . When you get this code condition it is either poor connection of the A /F or the A / F is loosely installed. There has been ECM  software updates for this code condition where the ECM incorrectly interprets the sensor input. TSB # 04-038 title of this TSB is Mil on P2195 / P2197.
