P2195 Oxygen sensor signal biased,bank1 sensor 1,go aloan the first bank,(the first bank is where number one sparkplug is located,on that side of the bank you need to check for a vacuum leak taking in false air,plug that hose back in and clear the codes,if all vacuum hoses and air leaks are not found then a new 02 sensor will be the solution
