2011 Nissan Altima A/C is not working. P2138 code.

Question

A/C has been out for a week. No service lights. Code reader read p2138. Compressor tested good but doesnt seem to be kicking on. Sensors test good. RPMs change when A/C is turned on. Only blows ambiant temp. Freon levels are good as well. Code reader says p2138 APP sensor. What does the APP sensor have to do with the A/C?

the refrigerant pressure sensor is probably bad if your a/c is not coming on, if there is not wiring issues
