Nissan Altima p2138 code any help please?

Checked all conections and converter flow and still have a 420 code and 2138 code. Any help?

Code P0420 if for the catalytic convert, and unfortunately the only solution to fix the problem is by replacing the the catalytic converter. For the P2138 code you may have to replaced the throttle pedal sensor, which is attached to the gas pedal.
