Reading code (impala 2007) it gives me code like 0C11400000010010004, how do i read?

I had read my codes with an ELM327 and Proscan 5.9, it give me code like 0C11400000010010004 and im not sure how we figure out what the code is really. I think uts p0114, but im not sure

P0114 IAT (intake air temperature sensor ) intermittent

Whe the sensor of the IAT is intermittent check the connection for this,  The IAT and the MAF are one unit. You may want to do a MAF cleaning process,
