does the altma 2.5 have a front catalytic coming off the manifold

I have a 2005 ALTIMA does it have a catalytic converter coming off the manifold in front and also a catalytic converter in the rear my check engine light has come on and I have the code PO420 Does that mean the converters must be replaced?

it has two catalytic converter a primary and secondary 

if you use low octane fuel that will damage the  catalytic converter in the long run or if you drive with engine problems 

you can try to use 91 octane from Shell, use a good fuel system cleaner and do an intake flush which has a small percentage of working but I have seen it
